Conditioning and Core Strength Training begins again on Monday 7th October. Click HERE for more information.

Come along to see a training session! Simply turn up on a training night (Tuesday or Thursday) and make yourself known to any member and express your interest - they will indicate who can help you. Once you have been accepted for training there will be a charge of £3 per session unless/until you become a member.
